The Silver PMA is designed as a low cost approach to proper maintenance. It is completed once per year. This Plan Includes a 35 point check and necessary adjustments for proper operation. After years of service, we also have discovered that the 12vdc starting battery will fail in approximately 3 or 4 years. That is why all of our PMA's include a new battery installed after 3 years! This is a short list of the major checks.
· Oil and filter change
Oil Pressure test
· Engine Coolant systems check
· Spark plug replacement
· Check spark plug wires
· Air Filter replacement
· Gas pressure test
· Engine operational adjustments
· Complete transfer switch test
· Electrical connections
· Alternator frequency test

The Gold PMA plan is designed for generators with possible higher run times. This plan offers all of the Silver plans services plus system checks and oil changes twice yearly and a 10% discount on necessary parts and labor. This Plan Includes a 35 point check. · Our exclusive 24hr monitoring system notifies us in the event your generator fails to start as required or scheduled. We are watching your standby generator even when you don't have time.
A no overtime repair benefit so you never pay an overtime charge for repairs to your generator. This feature insures you are always protected from a power failure!
Priority service in the event of a system failure! We will get your power on as soon as possible! When the going gets rough and the power is out, the last thing anybody wants to do is wait in line for services. This feature moves your standby generator to the front of the line to get fast repairs!
